    The Cooperative Education in Airline Business applies knowledge and skills from airline business and service industry theories.  Obtain real world experience working in a local or international business environment with firms in the private or public sector in Thailand, ASEAN, or other countries.  Students submit a final report and an employer performance evaluation within two weeks after completing the internship time period.

    The Pre-cooperative Education in Airline Business applies knowledge and skills from airline business and service industry theories.  Obtain real world experience working in a local or international business environment with firms in the private or public sector in Thailand, ASEAN, or other countries.

    CRM strategy, frontline operations, back office operations, business relationship, analysis, customer data, management decision, collaboration CRM, data security and  privacy, service marketing, customer experience, handling compliments, handling comments, handling complaints, frequent flyer programs FFP, passenger satisfaction survey, handling questionnaires, and presentation management.

    Terminologies, idiom and structure of English related to flight, cargo and catering operations. Appropriate English level to harmonize with the situation, environment and circumstance. Reading, writing, listening and speaking English associated with flight, cargo and catering operations. Practice communication between flight operation personnel and Pilot-In-Command (PIC), Air Traffic Controller (ATC), as well as cargo and catering operations.

    Introduction to basic principles of macroeconomics: national income accounting, business cycles, income, inflation, budget deficit, and monetary and fiscal policy.  International economics topics are trade policy, comparative advantage theory, balance of payments, exchange rates, and trade and finance problems and policy.

    Sales and marketing goals.  Strategic sales targets and key buying influences.  Anticipate customer responses.  Managing resources at both the strategic and tactical levels.  Plan for managing each sales process, selling style for long-term customer relationship.  Review sales transactions.  Prepare and plan for sales calls.  Delivering effective sales presentations.

    Vocabulary, idiom and structure of English in airline marketing and sales.  Use of English to harmonize with the situation, environment, and circumstance.  Drill upon reading, writing, listening, and speaking English in airline marketing and sales, prepare written documents regarding company products, and practicing presentation skills to support company product selling.

    Environment of international finance and its management including the foreign exchange market, exposure management, currency forecasting, international financing, international financial markets, international investment management, country risk analysis, and multi-national capital budgeting.
