Joined Seminar on "Tourism Connectivity between Thailand and CLMV Countries"

On September 14, 2018, Aj Siripen, with other lecturers of Tourism Management Program joined the seminar onĀ "Tourism Connectivity between Thailand and CLMV Countries". The seminar had the objectives:

- to publicize tourism routes surveyed and developed as example tour programs along the roads and areas that connect Thailand and CLMV countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam)

- to publicize connectivity tourism route development guidelines

- to promote and build awareness and confidence to related public and private organizations in tourism and hospitality about the tourism across the borders under the GMS and CLMV Tourism Framework

The seminar shared the tourism routes that had been surveyed and developed into example tour programs along the roads and areas that connect Thailand and CLMV countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam). Also, there were people from public and private sectors having discussions on opportunities and threats of the development in the future and directions for the future of tourism connectivity between countries in Asia especially in the frameworks of Greater Mekong Subregion and the CLMV.
